Indian Railways Cheating TamilNadu and South India
It is evident from the union Railway budget that TamilNadu and south India are clearly being isolated and the only beneficiary out of this budget is none other than the state of Bengal and this is a widely expected one from Mamta Banerjee's budget. Even after an assurance that the Broad guage railway line between Mayiladuthurai and villupuram would be opened for public traffic from March 1st week, no measures have been taken till now to implement it and the public are clueless regarding the date of commencement of the train services. It clearly shows that the Indian Railways budget and promises are just an Eye wash. The Union Railway minister has announced that 54 new trains will be flagged off in the current year 2010. But never she announced the list of trains she is a kind of minister who is well known for her 'Failing to fulfill the Promise Nature' and most of the trains that was announced in the 2009 after poll railways budget are yet to become active.
