Mylapore- The Heaven On Earth

Mylapore is often compared with Mount Kailash and there goes a famous quote which says "Mylaiyae Kayilai, Kayilaye Mayilai"( Mylapore is Mt.Kailash and Mt.Kailash is Mylapore). The panguni uthiram function which will be held in the month of March-April every year and the Arubathumoovar festival is the most celebrated one.
